Sally MacPhedran, MD, is a highly respected OB/GYN physician at Case Western Reserve University and serves as the Medical Director for the Physician Assistant program. Known for her exceptional clinical expertise and commitment to medical education, she has held key leadership roles, including OB/GYN Clerkship Director and Acting Internship and Clinical Elective Site Director at MetroHealth.

A passionate educator, Dr. MacPhedran brings years of experience as a teacher and clinician, fostering an environment of growth and learning for future healthcare professionals. Her leadership and vision align with the mission of Case Western’s Physician Assistant program to provide top-tier education and empower the next generation of providers.
