She is a Consultant in General Internal Medicine and the Integrative Medicine & Health Program at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, where she focuses on empowering patients to achieve optimal health through evidence-based lifestyle interventions.

Dr. Mussallem holds a medical degree from Midwestern University and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic. She is a fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and is renowned for her expertise in cancer survivorship, nutrition, and wellness. As a breast cancer survivor herself, Dr. Mussallem brings unique insight and compassion to her work, emphasizing holistic approaches to health and healing.
